Founder/Chief Executive Officer

From being a Jewelry Designer, Photographer, and Brand Ambassador, to now a ‘Cannapreneur’; Faliscia C. Knuckles continues to embody all the characteristics of a resilient, innovative, and creative Entrepreneur!

With a twenty-year background as a single-person LLC, taking on and leading a startup cannabis company with employees is very challenging. But with her past background in marketing and the health and wellness spa industry, she is confident in bringing all of her skills together to make a successful health and wellness-driven cannabis business.

Faliscia is the CEO/Founder of “Healthy Leaf Organics.” (HLO); a National Marketing & Business Development Company specializing in enterprise solutions for making money in the CBD Industry. HLO offers entrepreneurial-minded individuals the opportunity to market and sell our portfolio of products and services. HLO also provides options for our “Cannapreneurs”----ranging from selling CBD products, wholesale purchase accounts, private label services, and CBD funding programs; as well as direct CBD sales/team builder opportunities. Additionally, Healthy Leaf Organics partners and collaborates with Agricultural Farmers to acquire land for the purpose of growth, production & marketing of Hemp and Cannabis; in the areas of health, wellness, medicine, and the benefit of improving one’s lifestyle and the overall environment. Faliscia C. Knuckles is also the Founder/CEO of the up-and-coming That Gyrl Holdings Company, which is a hemp processing and manufacturing company.

Her mission to create healthy and wealthy lives worldwide is extremely personal, as she began this holistic journey to health and wellness early in her career, resulting in her own health challenges of dealing with chronic pain and neuropathy. Besides being a Cannapreneur, she is also a Life Coach & Master Esthetician of 20 years. Faliscia currently resides in her native city of Detroit, Michigan with her Daughter, Charise.

Karen R. Mason, MS, MPFS

Director of Compliance
Karen R. Mason, MS, MPFS, is the Director of Compliance for That Gyrl Management Corporation; &
Healthy Leaf Organics (HLO), LLC. She is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance with all
applicable state and local laws & regulations across cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and delivery
operations. She also assists in the development of company policies & standard operating procedures,
monitors operations to identify and correct instances of non-compliance, and functions as a quasi-
independent and objective body, that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the
organization.

Karen has been in the Internal Audit & Regulatory Compliance Profession for the past 25 years; as an
experienced Senior Internal Audit Professional, and a strategic, collaborative & innovative Inclusion
Leader. Her primary responsibilities include performing independent assessments of the administrative
and accounting controls designed by the organization. Also, by utilizing her interpersonal, analytical, and
collaborative skills, she has been extremely effective in establishing and maintaining beneficial
relationships among respected business and professional leaders.

Karen received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting/Business Administration from the University
of Illinois at Chicago and holds a Master of Science Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications
from Roosevelt University; along with receiving a Certificate of Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell
University.
